Momentous Clinical Research offers staffing services on a flexible basis. Functions include but are not limited to Site Manager, QC- Research Coordinators, Trainee –Clinical Research Coordinator, and Study Coordinators. Various outsourcing scenarios are possible, depending on the client’s needs, for example on project basis, temporary, part-time, or full-time basis.

Outsourced colleagues are working under the umbrella of the client’s Quality Management System. They can work at the on-site, remotely or work in a hybrid model, depending on the client’s requirements.

All general training and qualification aspects of outsourced staff members are handled by Momentous Clinical Research, while project-specific training resides with the CRO and at site level with the site manager. We ensure close follow-up with our outsourced employees through regular team meetings, ongoing support, and personal contacts.
